CEREBELLUM
PHYSICALLY: The Cerebellum (Latin for "little brain") is the small brain that lies at the base of the Cerebrum, and is attached to the brain stem. The Cerebellum is responsible for motor co-ordination, movement, posture and maintaining balance and equilibrium. Symptoms such as dizziness, vertigo, migraines, chronic tiredness and lack of coordination abilities are linked to energy imbalances in the Cerebellum. Low energy in the Cerebellum can also result in poor posture.
PHYSCHOLOGICALLY: The Cerebellum is said to connect to Karmas and all thought patterns from the past. Stores old thoughts and behavior patterns developed from one's childhood life experiences related to the motor and sensory equilibrium. Derailment of one's ability to coordinate and carry out intentions and actions can be the result if one were to made to feel useless and inept as a child by parents, siblings, teachers, etc. Fear of not being good enough later in life.
LUNGS
PHYSICALLY: The Lungs function to remove carbon dioxide from the blood and provide it with oxygen. When we breathe in, the Lungs provide the blood with oxygen; when we breathe out, carbon dioxide and water, that are the Lungs' waste, are exhaled. But the Lungs in addition to its primary function, have to work extra hard getting rid of other foreign substances such as nicotine, air pollution (carbon monoxide) and formaldehyde (from building materials).
PSYCHOLOGICALLY: Too much or too little energy in the lungs is a reflection of emotional weakness. Possible inferiority, insecurity, depression or fear based feelings rather than confident and self-motivated feelings. Feelings of anger, guilt, humor or humility may come out. Limiting the amount of oxygen/prana in this area limits our feeling and can cause anxiety.
